Psychotherapy in North London
Welcome to my Website My name is Kaushika. I am a trained and experienced psychotherapist having worked in private practice and public services over many years. My practice is based in a very accessible area in north London and provides a safe and confidential space.
Many of the patients I see have been referred to me by psychotherapy or health organisations, or by my colleagues. I also see people who have contacted me having read information on my website.
Patients come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. They may be struggling in relationships or behaviours which are not helpful to them, repeating patterns from the past, are constantly angry and frustrated or have experienced difficulties in their early life. They may be struggling with depression, anxiety, work problems, bereavement, unhappiness or relationship/martial breakdown.
Therapy provides an opportunity to talk about these issues in a confidential space to heal some of the hurt, anger or depression in order to have a happier and healthier life. Therapy can help you explore the issues that are bothering you with a steady, guiding hand.

My practice can be reached by bus, tube or train. It is on the borders of Haringey and Hackney, very close to Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington, Manor House, Wood Green and Enfield in North London. The nearest tube and train station is Seven Sisters, on the Victoria Line.
